Before Calling, check to see if your questions are answered below:

Is my price guaranteed?
Yes, once you book your package, you are locked in. The price you pay is final and will NOT change later.

What about the exchange rate, will the price change?
The exchange rate may change the price of the package, but the price at the time you book is FINAL.

Does my package include a judge’s pass?
Yes, all packages include a judge’s pass.

What if I already have my airfare, can I still book a package with you?
Yes, we offer land-only packages.

Do I have to have a credit card to pay? Can I pay by check?
No, you can pay by certified check or money order; however, your package will NOT be final until the check or money order clears.

I don’t live in a major city. Can I still get my airline ticket with you?
Yes, we can arrange for a short commuter flight to the nearest city. There may be an extra charge for the commuter flight which will be determined at time of booking.

Will someone from your company be there?
Yes, we will have one staff member or representative at each hotel.

What do I do when I arrive at the airport?
Once you clear customs, make your way to Arrivals 2 and we will be there to meet you. If you don’t see us right away, you can go to the juice bar at Arrivals 2 and wait there.

What if my flight changes, is delayed, or I miss my flight?
It is your responsibility to contact our office either by email or phone WITHIN 24 HOURS of your original departure time of your new arrival time in order to retain your hotel room.

Can I cancel my trip?
A cancelled trip is subject to our terms and conditions.

Are my airline tickets refundable?
Unless you purchased refundable tickets, airlines traditionally will honor the ticket for 1 year from original departure date, with a change fare. Check with your airline carrier for more details.

What about changing my money?
Check with your local bank before you leave. Some banks will sell account holders euros. If not, you can change your money there.

What about a credit card?
Visa, mastercard, and American Express are accepted and a good option as you will get the best exchange rate for that day. Call your credit card company before you leave to let them know you will be using your card overseas.

Can I do my laundry?
Yes, there are Laundromats where you can drop off or wash yourself.

Will I be in a group?
We have a large group that comes each year, but you are not “stuck” in a group like some tours are. If you want to join others, you can. You can stick to yourself if you want.

How do I get to my hotel?
We will have a shuttle for you to take you there.

Do I need to rent a car?
No, unless you plan to leave the country. It is easier to rent a bike.

How do I get to the expo?
Traditionally, High Times will provide shuttle bus and Greenhouse provides shuttles from their shops.
